Thrall Date: 4/26/21 1) Sign area within allowance. Understood DP and building plan are approved for renovation of building facades, and signs are to be mounted to the renovated areas of the facades. 2) "Existing" sign at far north end of building is a new sign if being remounted to the new backer board. Does not appear the backer board is just being painted. If the sign is being removed / reinstalled, simply add the mounting/electrical - etc to the plans and permit application. 3) By inspection - install a master timer at the site to meet the OLC requirements. The use of satellite controllers are allowed, for example, to change the operation within the acceptable parameters times required per OLC. (Curfew for establishments not open 24 hours is midnight) 4) Provide Volts / Amps/ Circuits and label shut off for each sign, and depth of the channel letters. 5) Provide note that all signs shall not exceed 4400 K color temperature, and note the acrylic Walmart faces are white (not clear). 6) label location of disconnect switch, add note where dedicated sign circuit is to be found (inspections), and prepare to provide lock out if needed.
