| 10/22/2021 | SIGN SITE REVIEW | Continued | Resubmittal received of custom engineered plans on 10/22/21. Review to continue for the sign installation (relocation per court order). | |
| 10/07/2021 | SIGN SITE REVIEW | Continued | Custom engineered plans submitted 10/07/21 did not contain large off-set arrow (w/ neon) on the sign diagrams and calcs. Advised contractor that resubmittal with the arrow would be needed for review of sufficient footer and attachment methods. | |
| 08/19/2021 | SIGN SITE REVIEW | Continued | emailed contractor after discussion with Eric Newcomb on standard engineering provided for the sign, though sign is off-set from pole center and is being reinstalled with new footer. Hello Mike and Veronica - Eric has reinstated his original review criteria. As ASA Engineering templates do not render an engineer to take responsibility for anticipated work for an irregular shape, off-set pole install, custom engineering applies. Due to court orders on relocation, sign removal in this case does not require issuance of a sign permit prior. I will follow up with the Transportation Manager for Grant Road on a potential installation timeline for the sign relocation. Thank you - Heather Thrall, Lead Planner |

| 03/30/2021 | SIGN SITE REVIEW | Partial Approval | Court order to relocate sign. Sign has to be out of the present location by August 1, per DTM engineer Roggenthen. Examining when sign can be reinstalled. Per Eric Newcomb, sign needs custom engineering due to shape. |
