Project for requested pole sign meets all codes, the following are for the permit record. (PARTIAL APPROVAL) 2: Take the 30' setback from furthest extent of the street curb, as the street curb is at a slight angle here and it makes best sense for inspections and real world point now and in future. 3. Add "The Bridges" lettering to the total sign area. (Acknoweldged lfar ess than the 72 square feet than allowed when it is added.) 4.NEC / OLC: A) Add note the sign will shut off via provided timer at curfew of midnight. B) Provide note - power to be provided via separate electrical permit. C) provide notation where dedicated circuit and timer will be located for inspections (note that a lock out may be required) 5.)
