1. Property address has changed from 7401 S Wilmot to 7475 S Wilmot - please update plans and permit application.
2. Property within PAD-7 zoning
A. UDC 7A.10.2.B. - 3 to 1 ratio of sign area allowed for signs withing this site / acknowledged sign area proposed is within allowance of Wilmot street front property line of 309 x 3
B. Wall sign permit reviewed separately for all wall signs - T21OT0070 - see those review comments.

3. Please revise plans to call out signs A, B, C, D - etc - to match the permit application, and revise the location map as well to call out signs.

4. Provide arrows from plan notes to the item referred to on the diagram.
Acknowledged information is there, but the plans are hard to read / refer to without this method of information referral for quick check.

5. Enlarge all notes note to a minimum of 12 point - hard to read - and for record.

A. Provide mounting details for principal pole sign cabinets to pole (i.e. size and number of bolts to saddle)
B. Provide engineered plans for principal pole sign - both for site welding and for wind load / pipe size and footer size sufficient for structure - as surface area exceeds 80 sq.ft.
C. Dimension side view at all different width points.
9. On site map:
A. Call out street front property line frontage in enlarged lettering
B. Call out setback on the plan as measured from leading edge of street curb to leading edge of sign cabinet (not the rock, but the cabinet closest to the road) - appears to be approx. 42.5' from curb. (Has to be on site, and mark property line, and has to be minimum of 30' from curb to sign to meet pole sign criteria, but the right of way is larger than that 30' distance here.)
C. Please use the development plan sheet sent by staff to add the sign location data - as it shows sight visibility triangle locations, and would further show the sign is outside the SVT and outside all site easements.
No comments on directional signs, 4' height at 12 sqft max area allowed for this size of property.
