WORK WITHOUT PERMITS FOR ENCLOSED PATIO, 2ND STORY BUILDING BEING USED AS LIVING SPACE CARPORT WAS PARTITIONED AND ENCLOSED AS A STORAGE ROOM, ATTIC AREA BEING USED AS LIVING SPACE. UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS THROUGHOUT THE ENCLOSED PATIO AND LAUNDRY ROOM. ALL EXTESION CORDS WERE DISCONNECTED IN THIS AREA.
THERE IS AN EXCESS OF CLOTHING AND MICS ITEMS IN THE ENCLOSED PATIO AREA. THE ENCLOSED PATIO WAS PARTITIONED .THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AVE MISSING COVER PLATES, ALL FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE HOME IS UNSANITARY.
THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR WALL IN THE BEDROOM,
NO SMOKE DETECTORS.
07/25/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved CHECK PROPERTY DAY BEFORE COURT AND FOUND THAT PROPERTY STILL IN VIOLATION OF ALL COUNTS.
