12/05/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a car into the house. Arrived and T.P.D. has not been on site. T.F.D. was on site stated that T.P.D. will not be on site till after 6:00 AM. T.E.P. was on site and was repairing and replacing the electrical pedistal in the front of the house which was removed. The pedistal was for 2022 and 2042 for electric and was off until replaced. The vehicle came from a curve in the street and went straight. The vehicle hit the neighbors property and than hit 2-vehicles that were parked in the driveway. The pick up truck was pushed into the house and making a hole approx. 8' high and 12' long. The exterior wall was masonry with a furr-out in the interior with drywall. The pedistal was damaged the the electrical was left off due to no one on site and not able to get to the electrical panel in the rear of the house. Not able to make contact with the owner of the property and called Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. Did the paperwork and placed it on the front window. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window with the N.O.V. The truck was pulled out of the house and due to the owner was not on site, they had to tow the vehicle to the yard for storage due to need a payment to leave on site. The room that was hit is a enclosed carport and turned into a room and connected to the main house with a fire place. The wood beam is in place over the opening made for the roof supports. Did call a phone number from a previous permit and left a message for the owner to call. RV.
