CONTINUED INSPECTION UPSTAIRS FOUND THAT THERE IS TUB DAMAGE AND LACK OF REPAIRS TO TUB FINISH, POSING A CUTTING HAZARD TO OCCUPANTS TAKING A SHOWER OR BATH. THE AIR FILTER IS SMALLER IN SIZE THAN CORRECT SIZE NEEDED FOR INTAKE VENT. CHILLER HEAT NOT WORKING THERMOSTAT SET TO 85 DEGREES AND COLD AIR COMING OUT OF VENT OPENINGS, SYSTEM HAD BEEN ON SINCE ARRIVAL AND STILL DOES NO HEAT. STOVE IS MISSING COVER TO FAN AND LIGHT EXPOSING WIRING AND BULB. SLIDING GLASS DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERY AND DOES NOT LOCK. WILL SENT 15 DAY NOV FOR ALL ISSUES BESIDES THE INFESTATION ISSUE.
