BECAUSE THE ONTARIO UNIT IS STILL OCCUPIED IT WAS DETERMINED TO ALLOW THE OWNER TO CONTINUE TO RESIDE ON THE ONTARIO UNIT AS LONG AS THE TWO VACANT UNITS REMAINED SECURED, WHICH THE OWNER HAS DONE, AND CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY, WHICH HE ALSO HAS DONE. THERE ARE TWO TREES THAT GET CONTINUALLY CALLED ON AND THE TREES ARE WITHIN THE BOUDRIES OF THE PARCEL AND ARE NOT A IMMINENET HAZARD TO THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS. OVER THE YEARS THE OWNER HAS REMOVED ALL VEHICLES COMPLETED BUILDING MAINTANENCE AND MAINTAINED THE PROPERTY. THE OWNER IS ELDERLY MAKING MAINTANENCE MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM. I HAVE NO FURTHER ISSUES AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION. WHEN THE THIRD UNIT BECOMES UNOCCUPIED THE CITY CAN THEN MOVE FORWARD WITH DEMOLITION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
