| 11/19/2021 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Was called back to the scene and all have left the site. The house was locked and unable to enter the house. Did have a window burned out and one window where the vent was pulled out. Not able to locate the owner who lived out of state but was able to leave a message. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured. The drywall was burned out in the room and burned into the hallway. Was able to check the bedroom east of the fire damage bedroom and that was not damaged by the fire but has smoke damage. The electrical and the gas have been removed at the meters and will need to have reconnects for the electrical and the gas to be turned back on. No one on site and did the posting of Do Not Enter and the paperwork on the front window. When leaving the site, the tenant that was transported came to the site and had no key to enter and the board was removed by Arcaiden Industries to let the tenant go through the window to get some items out. Once the tenant was inside the house the board was placed back up and left the site. RV. |
