THE BEDROOM, BATHROOM AND KITCHEN HAS HAD THE ROOF ASSEMBLY, SOUTH AND WEST WALL COLLAPSED. THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS WOOD FRAME AND BLOCK. THE INTERIOR WOOD FRAMED WALLS ARE CHARRED AND THE NORTH WALL IS BOWING OUTWARD. THE WOOD FLOOR IS SEVERELY DAMAGED IN THE BEDROOM, BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREAS THIS WAS A VACANT, NEGLECTED BOARDED DWELLING.

ELECTRICAL: THERE IS FIRE DAMAGED TO ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND WIRING. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER PRIOR TO THE FIRE.

PLUMBING: ALL DRAIN WASTE AND WATER SUPPLY PIPING IN THE HOME IS DAMAGED. NO GAS METER

MECHANICAL: ALL EQUIPMENT RELATED TO DUCT WORK OR EXHAUST VENTING IS DAMAGED.

REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR DEMOLISHMENT. THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. THE UNFIT TO OCCUPY PLACARD AND NOTICE AND ORDER WAS POSTED.
