I MET WITH MANAGEMENT FIRST ASKED IF WE COULD GET A KEY TO THE UNIT, MANAGER MET AT THE COMPLEX TO OPEN THE DOOR AND TO DETERMINE THE CONDITIONS. INSPECTION FOUND TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE UNIT, PILED UP ON THE COUNTER TOPS AND A LARGE PILE OF DEBRIS ON THE COUCH. ANIMAL FECIES WAS FOUND I THE BEDROOM, BATHROOM AND CLOSET AREAS. WE DID FIND ROACHES POSSIBLEY MICE. LIVING CONDITIONS WERE BAD AND SMELL INSIDE WAS TERRIBLE. I ASKED MANAGER TO CONTACT THE ST MARY'S HOSPITAL AND GIVE THE OWNERS NAME, INFORM THEM SHE WAS TAKEN IN ON 10/ 16, THAT BECAUSE OF THE LIVING CONDITIONS THE OCCUPANT WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE UNIT AND UNIT WOULD E SECURED BY BOARD UP, UNIT WAS POSTED WITH A EMERGENCY VACATE NOV AND AND PLACARD, "DO NOT ENTER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY"
