SON DERYK KELLY WAS ONSITE BUT DOES NOT LIVE HERE. I ASKED CAPTAIN HANSEN TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE INTERIOR AND HE STATED THE LIVING CONDITIONS AND EXCESSIVE STORAGE WAS UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS, WALL OUTLETS WERE NOT VISIBLE DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE STORAGE. THE RANGE HAD FOOD CONTAINERS AND A LARGE NUMBER OF COMBUSTIBLES ON TOP AND AROUND THE UNIT, THE TOILET LID WAS FULL FECES AND THE FLOORING THROUGH OUT THE HOME WAS COVERED WASTE PRODUCTS. THERE ARE LARGE MOUNTS IN ALL ROOMS WITH BOXES AND MIXED WITH MICS ITEMS WHICH ARE CAUSING EGRESS ISSUES. THE FRONT DOOR WAS ENFORCED OPEN BY TFD. BASED ON EVIDENCE IN HAND (PHOTOS) AND THE CAPTAINS STATEMENT, THE MOBILE HOME WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND THE POWER WAS TURN OFF AT THE PEDESTAL. THE SON SIGNED THE NOTICE.
