CALL COMPLAINTANT REGARDING COMPLAINT. A YEAR AGO THE TOILET FLOODED. THE WATER WENT INTO THE BEDROOM AND SOAKED THE CARPET. SINCE THEN THE FOAM WAS REPLACED AND THE FLOOR WAS REPLAED. EVERYTHING IS OK NOW. CLOSE CASE |
