She needed a fire extinguisher and never got one and bought her own. The front lock was not working and has since been repaired. The front gates are not locking and have been repaired and than broken by the abuse. The locks are being removed. The tenant showed the stickys she is using to catch the rats and had some on the pads in the kitchen area. Did meet with the management and they are going to have the unit treated. Will check in 15 days. RV. |
