SPOKE TO TENANT TAWNYA, WHO SAYS MGT HAS STARTED WORKING ON ISSUES AND SHE WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE THE CASE AT THIS TIME. INSPECTOR ADVISED TENANT, THAT IF MGT FAILS TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE REPAIRS TENANT CAN CALL BACK AND ASK FOR CASE TO BE REOPENED, TENANT UNDERSTOOD. |
