Was called out for a hoarding situation after arriving met with owners son at the property who gave me authorization to enter the home found boxes and debris throughout the hallway living room and bedroom, kitchen was full of debris could be a combustion fire hazard, debris throughout the house trip hazard, property was condemned due to the unsanitary conditions and trip hazards will be posting the property unfit to occupy advise Son that no occupancy until all trash and debris is removed from the interior and trip hazards are gone. |
