On site; with super MRomero; Inspection findings; refuse and debris in the front, side and rear yards, overgrown weeds and grass that exceed 6" in height, overgrown and dead tree vegetation on the property. There is an inoperable R.V. being stored in the rear yard with no evidence of people staying inside at this time, unable to view license plate if any and is visible from street. There is outdoor storage in the front yard, attempted to be screened by a tarp attached to dwelling. The exterior wood surfaces of the dwelling are peeling, chipping and exposing wood to the elements. There is no access onto property as it is secured at gates and there is no access to interior of dwelling. Inspector and Super discussed the "hold the door" approach for the first responders, to allow possible access to CE. CE spoke with neighbors regarding issues of trespass and police activity. Will issue a 30 day notice of abatement for exterior violations and a 30 day notice for exterior dwelling violation. |
