OCCUPANT GRANTED RIGHT OF ENTRY TO CONDUCT INTERIOR INSPECTION IN THE PRESENCE OF TUCSON POLICE, UPON ENTERING THE MOBILE UNIT LABELED 121 THERE IS DETERIORATED STRUCTURAL WOOD MEMBERS THAT ITS INTEGRITY IS IMPAIRED. THE ROOF TRUSSES ARE BOWED DOWNWARD SHOWING IMPAIRMENT. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE STRUCTURAL WOOD MEMBERS INSIDE THE MOBILE HOME UNIT THERE IS NEW NONMETALLIC SHEATHING THROUGHOUT THE MOBILE HOME. THE INTERIOR FINISH PANELS HAS BEEN REMOVED AND IN THE PROCESS TO BE REPLACED BY DRYWALL. THERE ARE MULTIPLE ENERGIZED LOOSE ELECTRICAL DEVICES, FIXTURES SUSPENDED BY ITS CONDUCTORS AND EXPOSED CONDUCTORS THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. THE MOBILE HOME UNIT'S ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE HAS BEEN MODIFIED AND IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RE-WIRED WITHOUT PERMITS OR APPROVALS. THE POWER HAS BEEN ORDER TO BE TERMINATED AT THE PEDESTAL AND HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER DUE TO IT BEING ENERGIZED BY THE MOBILE HOMES MASTER METERING SYSTEM. MAINTENANCE HAS REMOVED THE PRIVATE METER AND REPLACED IT WITH A PROTECTIVE COVER TO PREVENT TAMPERING OR INJURY. THE UNIT IS UNSANITARY FOR LIVING AND HAS AN ACTIVE INSECT INFESTATION. PROPERTY MANAGER HAS ACKNOWLEDGED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND HAS DISPATCHED MAINTENANCE TO BEGIN SECUREMENT OF THE UNIT. UNIT HAS BEEN POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. INDEMNIFICATION, NOTICE AND ORDER HAS BEEN SIGNED BY MANAGER AND RECEIVED A COPY. |
