I THEN WENT TO APT #177 AND KNOCKED ON DOOR SEVERAL TIMES, ON WINDOW SEVERAL TIMES AND ON THE SIDING OUTDOORS. OCCUPANT DID NOT COME DOWN TOOPEN THE DOOR BUT YELLED DOWN FROM THE WINDOW. SHE HAD INFORMED ME THAT THE PLUMBING WAS FIXED. THE DRYWALL COMPLETED AND THE CARPET CLEANED AND SANITIZED. I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND INFOMED THEM I WAS CLOSING THE CASE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
10/26/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH THE MANAGER IN THE OFFICE AND INFORMED HER OF MY FINDINGS IN UNIT #177, SHE STATED SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO GET INSIDE THE APT. THIS MORNING BUT WOULD CONTINUE TRYING. SHE HAD A MAINTANENCE CREW WITH HER, I EXPLAINED THAT THEY NEEDED TO GET INSIDE AND CLEAN UP THE DRYWALL AND INSULATION, REPAIR THE PLUMBING LEAK AND THE DRYWALL SO THAT OWNER COULD GET BACK INSIDE THE UNIT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OUR FAMILY SERVICES WAS ONLY ABLE TO PUT THE OCCUPANT UP FOR 2 NIGHTS.
I WAS LATER CONTACTED BY THE MANAGER AND INFORMED THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET INSIDE THE UNIT.
