SHE HAD INFORMED ME THAT THE PLUMBING WAS FIXED. THE DRYWALL COMPLETED AND THE CARPET CLEANED AND SANITIZED. I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND INFOMED THEM I WAS CLOSING THE CASE. THIS MORNING BUT WOULD CONTINUE TRYING. SHE HAD A MAINTANENCE CREW WITH HER, I EXPLAINED THAT THEY NEEDED TO GET INSIDE AND CLEAN UP THE DRYWALL AND INSULATION, REPAIR THE PLUMBING LEAK AND THE DRYWALL SO THAT OWNER COULD GET BACK INSIDE THE UNIT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OUR FAMILY SERVICES WAS ONLY ABLE TO PUT THE OCCUPANT UP FOR 2 NIGHTS. I WAS LATER CONTACTED BY THE MANAGER AND INFORMED THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET INSIDE THE UNIT. |
