Arrived and the units were still on site and found open units on #8, #9, #12, #10, #1 and the fence panels to secured the vacant units were opened in several areas. Did make contact with the owner of the property and they came to the site to have the property secured on all doors, windows and the fence panels. Did go over on what is going to be done on the property to have rented units on the property. They have ordered new windows, ordered other security bars for the rear windows and have some on the front already securing the windows. Have new security doors on some fo the doors. |
