| 10/14/2021 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Was called out by communications to assist Tucson fire after inspection found that fire started at the rear of the property in a wood work shed that was a total loss, after doing follow up inspection found that multiple extension cord were running underground extensions like spiderwebs in the interior of the home bare wires throughout the backside of the house will be condemning the property due to the electrical hazard. I will be hand-delivering hand written notice to have a license electrician check and remove all unnecessary electrical cords under all debris in the interior and advised owner she can not occupy home till all egress in the interior are cleaned and all excessive extension cord running through out the house are removed, then eletrician will need to signed off before breakers can be turned back on. |
