10/12/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Was called out to meet Pima county health at the location of 5550 E. 26th St. due to a sewage issue when I arrived I went to complaints unit and tenant wouldn't grant access to the interior, tenant said that they were busy and that they had no more issues inside the unit. I did find that three cleanouts at different locations at the complex were overflowing with waste water and paper, contacted manager they said they will have plumber address, advised that I will be issuing a notice to have this issue addressed within 24hrs due to the sewage is
hazardous. Will be referring this case over to the area inspector if needed or i will follow up on violations if im going to in the area, but will be followed up.
