ON SITE; FOUND NO TREE OBSTRUCTING ANY RIGHT OF WAY AREAS OR TOUCHING ANY ELECTRICAL POWER LINES. IF ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT A TREE IS GOING INTO A NEIGHBORING YARD, THIS IS A CIVIL ISSUE BETWEEN NEIGHBORS CE DOES NOT ADDRESS. NEIGHBORS CAN TRIM FROM THEIR PROPERTY LINE STRAIGHT UP AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THE TRIMMINGS THEY CUT. NO VERIFY, CLOSE CASE. |
