THE INTERIOR OF THE APARTMENT IS READING 84 DEGREES THE INTERNAL THERMOSTAT IS SET TO COOL AT 78 DEGREES. THE BATHROOM CEILING'S DRYWALL IS SAGGING AND SHOWING SIGNS OF DETERIORATION.
