09/30/2021 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | VIDAL | Approved | Entered by VIDAL - The office called that there is work being done in a wash and cutting a path into the wash from the top. Arrived and no one on site and all the equipment is still on site. Was able to walk around the area in the wash that is being worked on. A road path has been cut into the bank to get to the wash. Found where railroad ties are being installed vertically into the ground with a concrete base. The holes are approx. 2' to 3' deep and the railroad ties are placed in the center of the hole than filled with concrete. It appears that the work being done is for the bank protection due to the bank is currently lacking is some area and has a structure at the upper level. Does have some railroad ties that have been stacked and secured with rebar and those are loose or falling and not secured in areas. The upper level has apartments and connected along the property next to the wash. Did call Elizabeth from storm water and she stated that that they may require special approvals due to the location of the wash. The wash is private but still has restriction on the work that is going to be done. This will be using Chapter 29, Article 8. RV. |
