Did meet with the property manager and went over on cleaning of the property and checking unit #2. The roof is scheduled to be repaired and will check the interior for min. housing conditions. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
11/17/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The tenant has moved out and was on site moving a few more boxes. The electrical was removed at the riser for this unit only and the meter is pivate with the property being master metered and has 2-other units. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and the tenant will be gone today. Did call the property manager and will have the unit boarded up tomorrow. RV.
10/27/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and has a truck for moving to haul the furniture to new location. Did talk to the tenant and she should be moved out by Friday. Will check in 5 days. RV.
10/21/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The tenant is still on site and served the N.O.V. to Vacate to the tenant. Did go over to remove the electrical and the tenant has no placed to go. Will check on Wednesday. RV.
09/30/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Called the tenant to let her know that the repairs are not going to be done due to the properties are going to be demo'ed. She did ask how many days to be gone and told her 10 days. Did go over that a N.O.V. to Vacate will be served to have her move out and will call her to sign the paperwork. RV.
