The office called that the house is vacant and unsecured lacking the utilities and boarded up. The owner has died and the house has been sold. Did talk to the law firm that is assisting on the sale. The house has been sold and they will call the new owner to call me. Does have a dumpster in the front of the house. Did check the house and the house is secured. The gates were all closed and secured. Was able to look through the windows and the sliding glass door and the house has been ransacked. Not able to see anyone in the house. Did call the phone number listed in the file and it was the office of the attorney assisting on the sale of the house. The front windows are boarded up and all the others are secured. The electrcal has been off since 9-8-21 and was requested to be turned off by Don the son of the deceased owner who was living in the house. They are not paying rent and not related to the owner who has died. Does have tall grass and weeds with trash and debris and will do a N.O.V. RV. |
