ALL WOOD FRAMING TO CARPORT AND CARPORT STORAGE ROOM AREA IS CHARRED AND HAS SUSTAINED TOTAL LOSS OF CARPORT AND STORAGE ROOM. KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREAS ARE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO FIRE DAMGE ZONE. MISSING DRYWALL AT CEILING AND TFD INSPECTION HOLES EXPOSING WOOD FRAME AND INSULATION IN THESE AREAS, ALSO EXPOSING WOOD RAFTERS, ROOF SHEATHING AND SUPPORT TRUSSES, ALL SHOWING HEAVY SMOKE, HEAT AND FIRE DAMAGE. THERE IS FIRE AND SMOKE DAMAGE TO ALL THE INTERIOR BEARING AND NON BEARING WALL COVERINGS. MILD SMOKE DAMAGE TO HALLWAY CEILING COVERINGS AND FINISHES. ELECTRICAL: THE FIRE DAMAGE ZONE HAS MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE, WHICH INCLUDES THE CARPORT, CARPORT STORAGE ROOM, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN AREA. MELTED ELECTRICAL WIRING EXPOSED IN ALL AREAS. ELECTRICAL METER AND SERVICE LINES ARE MELTED AT UNIT K. ELECTRICAL POWER WAS CUT BY TEP AT POLE FOR UNIT J. PLUMBING: GAS HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED BY SOUTHWEST GAS COMPANY. MECHANICAL: MILD SMOKE DAMAGE TO ALL OTHER ROOMS OF THE DWELLING. REMARKS: THIS APARTMENT IS NOW CONDEMNED AND PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS AND UTILITY RECONNECT. MANAGEMENT ON SITE TO SECURE UNIT AND CARPORT AREA.
