THE MASTER BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN HAVE HEAVY SMOKE ON THE WALLS AND THE CEILINGS. ALL FLOORING IS SATURATED WITH WATER.

APT 603 LOWER UNIT WAS LOCKED WITH NO ACCESS. TFD STATED THE UNIT IS SATURATED WITH WATER.

ELECTRICAL: UNIT 604 HAS ELECTRICAL FIXTURES AND DEVICES WHICH ARE MELTED AND HAVE BEEN DESTROYED BY FIRE. THERE IS A SUB PANEL IN THE BEDROOM WITH FIRE DAMAGED. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.

UNIT 603 POWER WAS DISCONNECT BY TEP DUE TO WATER INTRUSION.

REMARKS: PERMITS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, BOTH APARTMENT WERE CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. UNIT 604 FRONT DOOR WAS PINNED SHUT BY COT INSPECTOR. MANAGEMENT AND TENANT WERE NOT ON SITE. NOTICES WERE POSTED.
