03/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1000 AM - Defendant was present and hearing was held. City reports the property has never been brought into full compliance since the last hearing and judge closed the case, causing the City to motion to reopen the case. Defendant reports they evicted the tenant in February and will now begin cleaning up the trash and debris left behind. City did request if violations are not abated by the next hearing the City will ask for fines to be unsuspended. Judge set a future hearing for 5/23/23 at 830 AM. -VM
