THE PROPERTY IS A HARBOR FOR TRANSITS AND OTHER UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS TO CONDUCT UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES. TEP HAS ORDER TO TERMINATE ALL SERVICES FROM THE POLE TO ALL THE VACANT AND UNSECURED PROPERTY DUE TO THE EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF HAZARDS ON THE PROPERTY. A CLEARANCE WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ENERGIZING THAT ALL UNAPPROVED WRING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND BOTH DUPLEXES MEET MINIMUM HOUSING STANDARDS. OWNER'S DAUGHTER ON SITE REQUEST CITY CONTRACTOR TO SECURE ALL OPENINGS. WATER DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY DAUGHTERS REQUEST FOR WATER SERVICE TO BE TERMINATED DUE TO SQUATTERS AND ACTIVE LEAK. POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY ON SITE AT ALL UNITS, ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAS BEEN SIGNED AND ACKNOWLEDGE BY THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER.
