1100 AM - Hearing was held and defendant was present. Defendant presented a letter informing the court he has hired a contractor to draw up the plans required for the permit, and asks the court for more time. City reports the steps are appreciated however this case has been going on for years and expects the defendant to stay on top of the process and submit required documents as requested. City agrees to continuance and requests fines to remain in place but be placed on a payment plan. Court issued a continuance and fines remain in place. -VM |
