Arrived on site and spoke with tenant over the phone. States during the monsoon season the water drained into her front patio and then into the home, salt flooring and carpet. Management did respond and changed out the carpet and put down wood flooring all is OK per tenant in the interior. Tenant is afraid of what happens the next time it rains, will get with management to pose that question |
