VISITED SITE, TREE IN QESTION WAS NOT ROTTING BUT VERY MUCH ALIVE. OWNERS DID HAVE TREE TRIMMINGS THAT LINED THE STREET AND SOME OF THE SIDEWALK BUT I DID NOT SEE WHERE THE SIDEWALK WAS LIFTING. DEBRIS WAS FOR A B&B PICK UP. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
