THE POOL RESTROOM HAS AN ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DRUG PARAPHILIA THAT ALSO HAS A DAMAGE DOOR NOT SECURING THE AREA FROM HARBORING TRESPASSERS AND PERSONS COMMITTING UNLAWFUL ACTS. ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE SPECIAL PROJECT MANAGER HAS BEEN INFORMED THESE UNITS ARE TO BE SECURED AND DE-ENERGIZED UNTIL FIT TO OCCUPY. IF THESE UNITS OR ANY OTHER UNITS ARE FOUND VACANT AND UNSECURED WILL RESULT IN THE CITY OF TUCSON SECURING THE UNITS HAS TERMINATING POWER.
