Arrived and the tenant was on site and came out to tell me what is going on. Did check the cooler on the roof and was off. The tenant stated that the cooler is not working. Did see where a gas force air furnace for interior use was installed on the exterior of the house and has no room covering the unit. The ductwork for supply was flex duct to the house and has parts missing on the furnace. Has a wood frame for the return air and that is not sealed and has holes. The tenant is stating that she has worked on the electrical and some of the electrical was not done correctly. Neighbors are telling me that the tenant keeps placing a screwdiver in the main panel and not sure why. Did talk to the owner and they have not been able to do any work on site due to the tenant keeps doing other issues to the property. The property has been sold and will not be doing any work due to the new owner will be removing the sturctures on site to build new structures. Will be condemning the property and have talk to the supervisor Martin Romero for lack of cooling, unsafe electrical and the gas forced air furnace is hazardous. Did not go into the house due to bed bugs, fleas, roaches and the Covid 19 Virus. The electrical will be removed at the pole and the gas meter will remove from the property. Have talk to the owner and he is aware of the utilities being removed and did talk to the owner on securing the structurs. He was not able to have the property secured and gave permission to call the City contractor to the site to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have all the openings secured on the property. While on site, T.P.D. showed to the property for a wellfare check and they were working on taking the tenant to be checked. The tenant did agree to go to be checked and she was advised on what is going to be done on the property to have the property secured. The dog was taken by Pima Animal Care Center to be cared for. The owner came to the site and signed the paperwork. The owner is selling the property and has been sold and will not be going to put any money into the property due to is going to be demo'ed. RV.
