I AGAIN ASKED THAT THE TECH EXPLAIN TO THE OCCUPANTS HOW THE CHILLER SYSTEM WORKS AND THE TEMPERATURE THE TERMOSTAT NEEDS TO BE SET SO THAT THE COILS DO NOT CONTINUE TO FREEZE OVER. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS PROVIDED TEMPORARY COOLING AND CHILLER UNIT IS BEING MAINTAINED. OCCUPANT ALSO HAS TWO FANS IF NEEDED. OCCUPANT HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND LEFT A MESSAGE BUT HAS NOT RESPONDED. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES AT THIS TIME. INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE CASE.
