08/23/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Arrived on site and met with the management team who stated no work orders for this unit have been identified. Stated they are working on several breaks starting last week however they are working through them and not leaving anybody without water for more than a couple of hours. They called over the plumbing supervisor who went with me to the unit. Knocked on the door spoke with tenant who states they do not have water service asked him to turn on the sink In the kitchen and water flowed out freely. Had him shut it off and turn it on several times. Explain to him they are working through issues with brakes on the property, however will not leave anybody without water for more than a couple of hours. He understood he then complained about roaches at the property where I gave him the phone number to get on the list to have the unit sprayed as I was given that number by the management team. Tenant took down the phone number. Walked across the street again with the supervisor of the plumbing division and met with the main manager. They stated they are doing all they can however cannot anticipate breaks that happen to the line but will work with everybody involved and make sure nobody is out of water for more than a couple of hours. At this point tenant does have water and water to the building. Will move to close out this case
