VISITED SITE, OCCUPANT WAS NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. OCCUPANT IN UNIT B PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE COLLAPSE CEILING AREA IN THE SMALL KITCHEN. POSSIBLY A 4 FT BY 4 FT PORTION OF DRYWALL FELL FROM THE CEILING. ROOF REPAIRS TO THE DUPLEX HAVE BEEN STARTED BUT NOT COMPLETED. |
