The unit has some smoke and was able to open the windows to vent the unit. The tenant will be able to remain in the unit. The maintenance was on site and was going to make some repairs to lock the door for the night. They will make needed repairs tomorrow for perminate repairs to lock the door. The security door was not damaged and will be able to lock the security door. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
