08/18/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved PRIOR TO INSPECTING THE COMPLEX I CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND LEFT A MESSAGE, THEY CONTACTED ME RIGHT BACK, LEASING PERSON INFORMED ME THAT THE USUAL 72 HR NOTICE WAS SENT TO ALL OCCUPANTS STATING WATER WOULD BE TURNED OFF TODAY FROM 10 AM TO 2 PM. LEASING PERSON STATED THAT HE RECIEVED AN UPDATE FROM THE PLUMBING COMPANY STATING THAT THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 4 AND 4:30 PM. I ALSO ASKED IF MAINTANENCE COULD GIVE ME A CALL. I CALLED THE OCCUPANT AND ASKED IF SHE RECEIVED THE LETTER OR EMAIL, SHE STATED SHE DID NOT GET THE LETTER BUT SOME HOW KNEW THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE DONE BY 2 PM AND SHE INFORMED ME IT WAS NOW 3:30 AND THEY WERE NOT COMPLETED. I ASKED SHE CONTACT ME WHEN THE WATER WOULD BE TURNED BACK ON AND INFORMED HER I WOULD NOT BE OUT THIS AFTERNOON BUT THAT I WOULD BE BY TOMORROW.
