08/25/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Met with a friend of the owner and she was able to show the deck in the rear yard. The rear yard has a drainage ditch going through the rear yard. The wood frame deck is built above the drainage and has no blockage for the water to flow. The property line has masonry walls on both sides and they also have passage of the water to flow through the walls with weep holes. There is no indication of any blockage from the water flowing through the property. The deck may require a permit due to where it's built. Will do N.O.V. RV.
