08/14/2021 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a hoarding condition. Arrived and T.P.D. was on site and the owner was transported by a friend to the hospital to be checked for injuries. The property has tall grass and weeds through out, trash and debris in the front carport and has a door in the carport and not able to open the door due to the amount of items placed in front of the door. The rear porch is also filled with trash and debris. While looking for the gas meter you have to go through the house to find the gas meter due to on the rear porch. The interior of the house has no clear paths to the doors and windows up to 4' high through out with trash and debris or storage. The house will be condemned and found extension cords in the items in the house to get to different area for electrical due to not able to get to the outlets. Called T.E.P. and Southwest Gas to remove the electrical and the gas at the meters. Found where ceilings are misssing or are loose from roof leaks through out the house. Did check the roof and appears to have been replaced with a nes roof recently. Did the paperwork and T.P.D. took copies to the owner at the hospital and will do a posting of copies on the front window. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured due to this has happened before on the hoarding and a forced entry on the front door. Will be boarding all the openings this is an on going issue. RV. |
