08/14/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was called back to have the house secured. Arrived and the investigation was finishing up. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings boarded up. Called Biff Baker Fence Company to place a fence around the carport area. Southwest Gas was still on site and cutting the gas line in the alley due to the damage to the gas meter by the fire. The storage room is also a total lost with the carport may be a total lost due to the amount of burning on the rafters and roof sheathing. The windows will need to be checked due some were forced opened where not brokened. Had 2-vent holes cut on the roof and had 3" fiber board insulation on the roof with 3-ply roof covering. The kitchen is burned and will have to be re-done to the framing. Has a hallway from the exterior where the storage room burned and the hallway has some fire damage into other room. Did post the paperwork on the front window due to no one from the family on site. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured. RV.
