10/14/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Check the site for drainage into another property. The owner has placed a drain pipe in the center of the rear yard by the rear porch and drains to the sidewalk area in a pipe. Does have a weep hole that was cut into the bottom of the footing to drain from the rear yard to the front yard. Does drain into the neighbors area to some trees to get the water for growth. The neighbor did cut a trench into her part of the property in the front to drain to the sidewalk area. It does not appear to be a large amount of volume of water and more for drainage. The neighbor was not home and did meet with the boyfriend of the person living in the rear unit. RV.
