08/13/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and found a RV parked in the front of the house that is being stripped and not able to secure. The front of the house has an opening on the northeast side of the house where an addition was being built. Did check all the openings and all are secured except the one opening. Called the supervisor Martin Romero to have the opening secured and the RV and was given permission. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did clear the house with inspector Tidwell and the house was clear and found no one in the house. The roof covering is completely removed and nothing has been done since the last inspection. Will check on the doing the Demo N.O.V. and will do the 30 day posting and posting and publication to have the property cleaned. The property has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris that has been brought to the property to dump. Not able to locate the owner and did the posting of the N.O.V to Vacate and Do Not Enter on the front, side and rear windows. Place one Do Not Enter on the front windsheild. RV.
