AT THE REAR OF THE COMPLEX I FOUND (3) 6-8 YARD DUMPSTERS, NO TRASH OR DEBRIS AROUND THE DUMBSTERS. I DROVE THE ALLEY AND FOUND NO FURNITURE, TRASH OR DEBRIS IN THE ALLEY. I LOOKED OVER THE FENCE AND THE POOL AREA WAS ALSO KEPT CLEAN, NO ISSUES WITH POOL. I SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMAN AT HIS CAR IN THE PARKING LOTGETTING READY TO LEAVE. I ASKED IF MAINTANECE DID A GOOD JOB KEEPING UP WITH ISSUED INSIDE THE UNITS. HE STATED THEY DO GET BY TO MAKE REPAIRS, BUT NOT QUICKLY, HE STATED THE A/C IS A CHILLER SYSTEM THAT IS REPAIRED BY JOHNSON CONTROLS, WHEN THE SYSTEM GOES DOWN THEY ARE NOTIFIED AND JOHNSON DOES O GOOD JOB OF GETTING SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING. OCCUPANTS RECEIVED A NOTICE RECENTLY THAT THE CHILLER WOULD BE TURNED TO HEAT ON DECEMBER 15TH. I WAS UNABLE TO GET INSIDE THE COMPLEX AS ALL GATES HAVE A KEY PAD ENTRY AND A CARD IS REQUIRED. I HAVE NO ISSUES AT THIS TIME.
