After inspection did find that foundation to the back south east corner of the home was damaged from all the years of rain, ground not draining properly, ( damage to section of foundation, exterior block wall, interior wall. Didn’t see the need to shut down all the property, owner is working working on getting engineer this week to fix damages, did advise owner to stay out of that area, I also tape off back room and backyard so no one is in that hazard area. Will be issuing notice to have all work done under all proper permits. |
