HOME OWNER ALSO STATES WATER VOLUME DECREASES DURING PEAK HOURS AS PEOPLE ARRIVE FROM SCHOOL AND WORK, MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE MAINTENANCE INVESTIGATE ABUTTING UNITS TO SEE HOW MANY AFFECTED FROM THIS. ABUTTING NEIGHBORS WERE NOT HOME AT TIME OF INSPECTION TO CONFIRM IF THEY ARE EXPERIENCING SAME ISSUES. | |
