FRONT YARD HAS A 6 FT FENCE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW VISIBILITY INTO THE FRONT YARD AND A BLOCK WALL ALONG THE WEST SIDE THAT DID NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE INTO THE REAR YARD PORTION. I CONTACTED THE OWNER WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE CLEANING THE REAR YARD AREA AND REMOVING FOR A SEPT B & B PICK UP. SHE STATED SHE IS AWARE OF THE WHEEL BARROW IN QUESTION AND WILL ASK THE CLEAN UP CREW TO BUMP THE WHEEL BARROW INTO THEIR GARBAGE CONTAINER FOR GARBAGE PICK UP. I WAS UNABLE TO SEE INTO THE YARD, DID NOT SEE OR SMELL FECIES IN THE WHEEL BARROW. WILL TRUST THE OWNER WILL REMOVE THE DEBRIS IN THE WHEEL BARROW. HAVE HAD OWNER FOR SMALL SIMILIAR ISSUES AND HAS BEEN FORTH RIGHT CONCERNING REMOVAL. WILL TAKE HER UP ON HERR WORD. COMLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
